| The Stone of Boñar has been extracted from the "Sierra Redonda" quarry since 1945. It is the only active operation of ornamental limestone existing in the Municipality of Boñar (León). Five new operation projects, currently in process, located within the same geological formation and close to "sierra Redonda" assure the production of the native and traditional limestone of León. |
